I started this company in 2006 after 16 years of continuous service with BrederoPrice (a.k.a.Shawcor)
Dornan's Pipeline Services Ltd has now been successfully operating for the last 14 years
delivering services and equipment to our clients worldwide and developing long lasting relationships with our customers.
The range of expertise in the management of each of the coating types has been developed over 30 years of hands-on experience covering each aspect of installation, maintaining and operating facilities which includes ensuring that the best quality products are being produced in some of the most challenging environments around the world.
Today we offer our clients assistance with all aspects of coating applications for onshore and offshore pipelines along with subsea structures. We also help our customers from time to time with the design and engineering of new facilities and upgrading of existing facilities including a range of hands-on training for shop floor operatives through to assisting & advising senior management with navigating through difficult and challenging projects. As part of the service's we currently offer, we can supply seasoned professionals to come to your site and assist you with the optimisation of your facilities operations. Our expertise is not only in the factories producing the products but also in the office-based environment including preparing costs along with bid preparation, improvement and R&D proposals, safety assessments, legal compliance, maintenance schedules, equipment procurement, and much much more which is proving to be as challenging in today’s market as the coatings themselves. These services include
helping with the implementation of your quality management system, Health and Safety system or the optimisation of your production lines to maximise your profitability as well as problem solving any equipment and coating application issues you might be experiencing. We can also offer you highly experienced operatives who are competent and proficient in the transfer of facilities internationally including preparing the cost's and schedules along with operatives who can undertake the hands-on works or to negotiate contracts with industry suppliers on your behalf.
We have branched out into inspection services which include providing you with experienced third party inspectors and project managers who can represent you onsite to ensure & facilitate a smooth operation of all site activities on your behalf and ensure the product meets your requirements. We also have available Lab Techs and QC personnel to cover your site actives.
